National Community Investment Fund (NCIF) is a $23 million asset certified Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI) intermediary that takes investment from institutional investors and reinvests in banks and credit unions with a primary mission of community development. NCIF's investors include Bank of America, MBNA and Washington Mutual. Shorebank Corporation, a bank holding company with thirty years of development banking experience in urban and rural markets is the Fund Advisor.
